Which devices can my contacts use to chat with me?

Any device can be used for your contacts to chat with your team members via Slaask. There is no limitation on devices nor for the OS and browsers. Slaask is fully compatible with all devices, including all mobile and non-mobile operating systems, as well as all mobile and non-mobile web browsers.

How do I know which devices my contacts are using?

Slaask has the ability to identify generic information on your contacts, including location, languages, browser, platform, etc.

When a contact come to chat with you for the first time, their information will be displayed automatically. When it's a returning contact (and thus an existing channel in Slack), you can recall the contact's information by using the /slaask menu, by typing /slaask in the channel and selecting "Details".

Thanks to this generic information populated by Slaask, from the Platform field, you can easily identify which device your visitor is using to chat with you.
