With a unique Slaask account, you can either:

We recommend you use the very same Slaask chatbox for each of your websites. That way, you'll save time by not having to customize multiple Slaask chatboxes.
If your websites have different graphic interfaces:
We recommend you create a specific Slaask chatbox for each of your websites. That way, via the Slaask Customization page in your admin interface, you will be able to align the look and feel of each of your chatboxes to each of your websites using a single Slaask account.
With Slaask, one chatbox can be used seamlessly across unlimited subdomains and domains. To make this possible, Slaask uses cookies to make sure you can keep identifying your leads (their information and conversation history) wherever they are. And, great news, the Slaask way of managing cookies works over different subdomains and different domain names.
Even if your leads go from one of your subdomains to another, if you have Slaask on all of these subdomains, all of your lead's messages will stay in the very same Slack channel!
