You can either use one unique avatar in Slaask live chats, for your whole team, or one personal avatar for each of your team members.
In order to create meaningful and personal relationships with your contacts, we recommend you use one personal avatar for each team member. However, this really depends on your business style. In some cases, it may seem more logical to use a unique avatar to represent your company in the eyes of your contacts.
To define whether you show a unique avatar or individual ones, you can go to your Settings page and click on the During chats tab. Here you can choose whether you want to be recognized as one organization or as individual team members.
By default, for each of your team members, Slaask uses the Slack avatar of each person. In other words, your team members' personal Slaask avatars are the same as their personal avatars on Slack.
If you want to change your avatar, you can:
Edit your Slack profile by following this Slack documentation: Editing your profile
Go to Slaask.com > Routing > Timetable > Team members page > Find yourself and click on Actions, Resynchronize
